Meet Our Team

Sam was born and raised in Santa Fe and has been a licensed general contractor since 1977. Sam built many high end homes in and around Santa Fe. Sam started Paul Davis Restoration of Northern New Mexico in 1996. In that time the company has grown from a small business to the largest and most respected restoration company in Northern New Mexico. Sam has been married to his wife Melinda for thirty years and has two wonderful children Jamie and Greg.

Analise has been with the Paul Davis family since 2013.

““I am a native of New Mexico born and raised in Las Vegas until 2009 when I moved to Albuquerque to attend the University of New Mexico where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Since then, I have broadened my opportunities by working for Paul Davis Restoration and have met some of the most caring and compassionate people in my colleagues. Some of the most devastating disasters can happen when we least expect it, and our lives get turned upside-down. At Paul Davis, it is our line of work to help get life back on track as quickly and beautifully as possible.” 

Ruth has been the job cost accountant, in the Accounts Payable division for 17 years. Our office, quite literally, would not run if not for Ruth! She handles the company payroll, prepares data for financial audits, handles any and all accounting matters, and as she says, “I do a little bit of everything!”

Laureen is the newest member of the associate team, specializing in reconstruction.  Laureen relocated to Santa Fe from Ohio in 2009 with 15 years of experience in commercial construction sales & project management.  She has since also gained experience in commercial design, CADD production and kitchen & bath remodeling in the Santa Fe area.  “I find it fulfilling to provide a completely reconstructed home back to a customer after they’ve experienced a traumatic loss by water, fire, mold, etc.”  Outside of work, Laureen enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains of northern New Mexico and Colorado.

Daniel has been part of the Paul Davis family since June of 2018 and has been in the construction industry for 7 years. From handling Water Emergencies, Mold Remediation, Abatement, and Reconstruction, Daniel is passionate in helping our customers through their time of need. On his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Victoria has been a part of the Paul Davis team since May 2019. She handles the company payroll and accounts Payable. She brings with her over 10 years of customer service and banking experience. She is passionate about helping people and is happy to be a newer member of the Paul Davis of Northern New Mexico team.

Outside of work she is President of Santa Fe Little League and enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two kids enjoy the many activities they are a part of.
